How To Live Without Regret



Welcome back ladies!!! I hope you’re doing good and staying safe in your homes. One of the thing that I have been observing around me is that people are diving in their regrets, the same thing was happening to me, but then I learnt living without regrets. I learnt the importance of life, how it plays a major role in the whole universe. So today, I am also going to talk about regret and how to overcome it.



We all know that humans make mistakes, and there is definitely a room to correct them. But somehow, we all fail to realize it. Our regrets play a major role, but we can change it. We could learn from those regrets make sure that we never repeat in the future. Rather than diving in regrets and being sad won’t achieve you anything, it will just leave you in a darker room slowly and slowly. Isn’t it better to just learn from them and adapt.


We all have regrets for some of the bad decisions we made and those still influence us. And its alright, I have made some wrong choices and so have you, but we can grasp a million things from it. One of the common thing that I have seen in most of the teenagers is overthinking. Sometimes, we may not have done something too big but overthinking makes it huge. It is basically harming us and destroying our mental strength. We should definitely reduce overthinking by increasing our participation level. We all should grab new opportunities time to time, it not only helps in reducing overthinking, it makes us see beautiful things around us. We see everything as a new obstacle and we try to remove them, with our hard work.


These things will take time to be implied in your life, but slowly and steadily you can conquer whole world, so same goes here. Sadness won’t give you anything other than making you sad for everything you have done. It will just make your thinking dark and dark rather than making it better.


Regrets are something we carry in our whole life, but we choose to take it with a burden or a learning. We choose for ourselves and choosing right is always not the option. Sometimes, we choose undesirable, but it’s not bad, it made you happy for a while and realized the most important things. If you stay focus and calm, you can live without them. You can just be back from the drowning sea waves to enjoying them.


I guess this small piece of advice could join your broken heart, and make you see more to life as that’s what more important. Leaving hope is not the answer. You need to find answers for your problems or questions, because no one is gonna look for you. Take a break from the outside world, just look into your inner self and try to find the things that you need to improve.
