In honor of Women's Month in March, us at Her Vision Inc. have decided to give our readers who are looking to support black-owned businesses a way to do so. Here are 10 black women-owned businesses that can be great businesses to choose from to find your gifts for family members, friends, and even for the holidays!


Beneath Your Mask


Beneath Your Mask is a skin, body, and hair rejuvenation brand designed to restore, repair, and reverses the toxic effects of our environment. Founded by Dana Jackson, she created her business after she was diagnosed with Lupus. Beneath Your Mask’s products are all packed with 11 to 18 active ingredients so that you don’t have to combine 5 products to get the desired benefits. 2.) Satori Notes Jewelry


Satori Notes Jewelry is a jewelry company with a mission to create pieces that will make anyone who wears them feel confident and reminds them daily that they're the powerhouse. Chyna Cyrus, the founder of Satori Notes Jewelry, came up with the company name Satori from a Japanese Buddhist term defined as a “sudden inexpressible feeling of inner understanding.” Satori Notes Jewelry has empowering messages on each piece, with bracelets that say “Fuck Your Fears” or “Manifest That Shit”. 3.) Mielle Organics


Mielle Organics launched in 2014 with the creation of the first Mielle Organics product, the Advanced Hair Formula, a unique proprietary blend of herbs, amino acids and minerals to support healthy hair, skin and nails, and immune system.

Mielle Organics founder and CEO, Monique Rodriguez , has over nine years of experience as a registered nurse ( RN ). Her background in science and focus on health from the inside out inspired Monique to share her regimen of healthy, tailbone-length hair with the masses. She is passionate about inspiring women in business and entrepreneurship. Monique resides in Indiana with her husband and COO of Mielle Organics, Melvin, and their two beautiful daughters, Mia and Mackenzie.




 


4.) Ase Naturals


Ase Naturals is a vegan skincare brand on a mission to help people discover healthy, radiant skin through herbal skincare products. They aim to turn ordinary skincare routines into self-care rituals. The founder, Shannon Cann, decided to come out with her own line of natural body oils, soaks, and teas after she contracted a severe illness, which made her rethink what she puts in and on her body. Ase Naturals are handcrafted skincare that prides itself on providing non-toxic and eco-friendly skincare in non-toxic, recyclable glass. 5.) Grace Eleyae

Kendall Miles Designs is a footwear company designed from the passion with comfort in mind and their shoes will last you a lifetime. They are manufactured in Florence, Italy, using traditional methods of hand craftsmanship. Their designs use a variety of opulent materials, ranging from the finest leather and skins to exotic furs and handsome hardware. Kendall Reynolds created Kendall Miles Design in 2015. 9. Avocurl



Avocurl was created by Jasmine Curtis, who was tired of products that left her hair dry and contained harmful ingredients.
